Help email vs gmail

Is there anyway to compose in gmail like the email app? Email app gives you the option to do bold, italisize, underline, and even bullets...I would think gmail would be superiorr in Driod phones

Shows the same for me in both email and gmail. I am using Swype. Wonder if that is the difference.

Heres my screenshots first one is GMAIL and second one is my school email. This is to compose emails. anyway to make gmail do the same as the email compose app?

well only way i can think of is, add your gmail account to the email. But youll get two notifications lol
