Email will not display Android 2.3.6. I purchased bargain T-Mobile Huawei Prism to avoid $500-$600 phone from T-Mobile. No free phone offered. I have thru Sunday to return phone. This is the 4th try with this model. Speaker phone issues previously. Now I cannot see email pulled from Cox.net email account(s). The display shows that it's loading emails but when it's complete the screen is blank. Yes, there is email in the inbox. It pulls in email from my internet email account okay. (Live.com) What could be off in the settings? When it automatically populated the server names it added east to the server names which wasn't needed and didn't work. I updated and it still doesn't work. Phone has been rebooted, email accounts removed and re-added etc. Any suggetions? If not it gets returned on Sat or Sun. I'm hoping for a fix because of expense. If this phone is crap and someone can suggest a decent low price smartphone, please let me know.

maybe try a factory reset. not very familiar with your phone, about only thing i can think of.

FYI....I did a factory reset and the same issue continues. Unless someone else responds within the next 2 hours, I am getting my money back. 4 phones with problems is more than enough reason to move on. The price is right and for a low end phone I really like it. To bad there are so many issues.

I doubt this is a phone problem but it would be worthwhile to try another email client. If that doesn't help contact Cox tech support.
