Help Email

[Android Question]

I can't get my email on my phone, it just keeps popping up Server password has changed. Enter new password. But I never changed it and i don't know what the new password is so no new email since June 20th....Help. it won't take my old password. I didn't set uo the account it was done for me by the person who did my website. so this is business emails that I am not getting........Help!

Then contact that person and find out what your password is.

Yeah, I would talk to your IT department. Sounds like they changesd something and need to update the credentials on your device.
