My email is acting up. First, my phone adds all my email, than my phone deletes them. Than, later, my phone adds them, then deletes them again. Has anyone else had that problem?
 
it sounds like the email app is having problem connecting to your email service. the delete occurs when it's not able to connect so it deletes what's cached. once connected, it reloads the cache so start adding back what was before and also new mail.

what email app are you using? if stock, you might try deleting the email account altogether and add it back?

Since EC05 installed Saturday after my phone bricked Sat morning and had the Mainboard replaced, My email when deleted from my phone's gMail no longer shows in my Inbox on my phone and reduces the unread by 1 or as many emails as I deleted, but almost immediately shows up in the unread number again but not as an item in the in box. If I go into gmail online, they all still show in the inbox and then when deleted from there will finally not show up in the number of unread email on my phone. After deleting them initially, they still show up in the all mail label on my phone.
 
Having the same problem as the OP.

I have already deleted the account and readded it... still doing it. Of course this is KILLING the battery because of the data usage. Anyone else have any ideas.....
 
@ stoney62, I was having that same issue, you just need to go into gmail and clear the cache. Settings>applications>manage applications>all>gmail and then clear cache. Hopefully that helps, worked for me.

Didn't work for me. Still shows up again the next time it synchs. The only way to get rid of it/them is to go online and delete them there. I wonder if clear data might work. I tried to remove the account, but the only way to do that is to hard reset.
