1. Go to Setting --> Accounts & sync --> Add account
2. Choose PC Sync for PC sync, or Google for a Gmail/Google account.
3. If you chose Google, press Next --> Sign in.
4. Input your email and password; press sign in.
5. Your phone will connect to Google's servers, and will log you in.
6. When you go back to the Accounts & sync, you will see your email there.
