I cannot set up an email account.
When I complete entry as per instructions I get A message `unable to open connection to server`, has anyone any ideas on how to do this with success.

At what point in the setup are you having the problem? Do you use the auto set up and let the app detect the mail server settings?
I find that generally works OK except I have to change the outgoing smtp port to 25 for my ISP
Check your wifi connection and try re-entering your password again, even if you're sure it is right.
