I was looking for an answer, but no luck. Just noticed this morning (and couple weeks ago too) that all emails in my Inbox (pop account) on my phone just disappeared. Anybody else? Is there an option somewhere to keep all messages all the time, or they are just being deleted after few days? :-/

Are they older messages? I believe by default the accounts only pull in the last 3 days, but this is a settings that can be changed.

Where do i find that settings? And yes and no. ;) some are old as 3 or 4 days, but along with them ALL are gone, even those from yesterday... :( THX.

I don't have my GN2 yet, but on my Nexus I find it by opening the email app, hitting menu and settings. Select the account and then look for Days to Sync.

Did that help?

Nope, there are no such settings. Yet, i just made a test sending myself 2 emails from other accounts. Both emails showed up on the phone, then after about 15 minutes, i have checked my Inbox on the phone again, and it is EMPTY. Nothing even in Trash folder.

OK!! I got it!! What happened was this: emails stay on the phone until i checked my emails on the comp. After that, all emails are being downloaded to the computer from the server, so they dont exist there anymore. When i am checking my phone, it syncs with server and all emails on the phone are being gone. NOW - question; how do I prevent my emails on the phone? I know I can choose for Outlook to "leave messages on server", but I do not want to do this, I am getting way too many of them.....That never happened on HTC ONE X, the phone i had before my Note II.
Any advices?

NVM!! I found the way around. Just checked the option "leave....on server" in Outlook, then "remove from server after its removed from Delete folder" on the comp. :D Problem solved!

Note 2 keeps deleting emails from my native email in box. the same emails arrive in my gmail folder and stay there until I delete them. Samsung needs a fix.
