Help emails added to contact list

I do some Craigslisting and I notice that anytime I email someone they automatically get added to my contact list. This is frustrating. Anyone know how to turn this off in TW3?

on your account and sync app, click on your gmail account then uncheck Sync Contacts..

so long as the sync contacts is checked, everytime you use your google account it integrates all the email address being received and being sent into your contacts..
