Help Emails disappearing syncing with Exchange account.

I've researched this to no avail. My Dinc syncs with a Sherweb hosted exchange account. I have my phone set to retrieve 3 days of email. Yesterday, 6 emails between 9-10am and 9 emails between 1-3pm disappeared. I changed the numbers of days to sync to 1 and back to 3 and those emails were still gone. They were still on my server and desktop outlook though. So I deleted my exchange profile and set it up from scratch and all my emails for the last 3 days were back on my phone.

Today, 19 emails from 12:30 to 3:30 went missing. I saw them on the phone and even read and replied to some. Then 2 hours later, they were gone. I changed the number of days to retrieve email from 3 to 7 and those 19 missing emails are now back on the phone.

This is truly bizarre behavior. I'm now paranoid that I'll miss important emails on the road and have to scrutinize my Outlook folder when I get back into the office. I get 60-80 emails per day.

I posted this on the HTC Desire forum too as someone was having the same issue from November, but unresolved. I've contacted HTC also and my hosted exchange provider.
 
I'm sad to see there hasn't been much of a resolution to this problem. I too have had similar issues over the last several months. I have my Exchange account set to sync wirelessly with our local Exchange server. Every once in awhile a group of emails will just plain vanish from my Inbox, but they are still in tact within Exchange. For some reason or another my Incredible just decides to forget about them. It's annoying and frustrating to not have those emails available to me on my phone, when ones before and after them are just fine. But it's even more annoying that there's seemingly little rhyme or reason for this. I too have scoured the internet for a possible solution to no avail. Anyone? Bueller?
