Help Emails not automatically syncing

Hi
I have sky email and Gmail accounts set up, but I have to manually sync them every time I want to fetch any mail. I've looked through the settings etc, but can't seem to find how to get the mail to auto download.
Any help would be great

In the specific email app (such as default "Email" or the Gmail app) you should be able to go to the settings within the program and set a sync schedule.

I had the same problem and finally turned "sync" on in the notification bar at the top. If you place your finger on the black bar at the top of your main screen and drag down, the notification bar will come up. Turn sync on and it should work.
