Help Emails won't send

On one of my email accounts emails stay in the outbox and when I try to send them i get a connection error my signal is good any ideas?

Welcome to the forum. Who is your email through? Sometimes my email doesn't work and after waiting several hours it picks right back up (Comcast). You could also try erasing the account and re-connecting to it. Hope this helps.
