Hi Guys,

Wonder if anyone can help me please?
I have the Wildfire and am generally very pleased with it - however, there appears to be a slight glitch with emails. I am set up using a blueyonder (Virgin) account and the problem is some of my emails are received on my mobile AND my home pc, some only on the phone and some only at home!!

Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change??

Any help would be much appreciated!

Could you share the settings you enter to recieve your virgin emails please!? I had been trying for hours and couldnt get them to work!!
 
It will probably be the settings on you pc.

I think you will have the phone set to leave messages on the server ( i.e. don't delete from the server)

On you PC you will probably have delete messages from the server after downloading.

so if the phone gets the message first it's still on the server and the pc can download it too. - If the PC downloads it first it deletes it from the server and the phone doesn't get chance to see it.

A lot of people recommend switching to IMAP settings instead of POP/SMTP. You could look into that.
