Help Embarassing Basic Backup Question

[tab098]

Manual for my Desire says Backup is found at...Home, Menu, Settings, Privacy. But there is no Privacy option!!! What I see are the following: [FONT=&quot]Personalize, Wireless and Networks, Call, Sound, Display, Accounts and sync, Location, Search, Connect to PC, Security, Applications, SD and phone storage, Date and time, Language and keyboard, Accessibility, Voice input and output, About Phone

Where or where are those Backup settings?

[SUroot]

That was for 2.1. In 2.2 they hid the "backup" setting because it didn't really back anything up.
If you want backup but don't want to root, mybackup pro is your best bet
