emei number follwed by a /04

I have a bell samsung galaxy ace 2x it has the emeo number 354###########/04 when I do the *#06#, what is the /04 mean?
 
I am not positive but it appears it could be a revision #. That can mean anything from a repackaging or changing of the SKU to hardware/software revisions.
