I don't normally use unlock pattern, but I just tried it to verify the issue, and mine worked just fine under DL09.

Same here, I don't use the unlock pattern but I tried it out and my Emergency call button performs as expected.

Hey does it work after the soft reset? Mine is fixed after soft reset.
