Emergency call screen

Hi!!!

I have a Kyocera Hydro with Boost Mobile and today, I don't know how,
the screen changed to the emergency call screen and can't get rid of it!!!

I have tried turning off and on the phone, as well as taking the battery off and putting it back on. NOTHING WORKS. Always brings me back to that screen.

It doesn't say anything about the SIM card, so I don't think that is the problem. It also doesn't involve any PIN numbers apparently.

sorry, i never heard of a emergency call screen before:o

does it have a dialer? what does it say?
 
Solved it! Thanks!!! The problem started when I tried to sync my work email to the android. The security preferences changed. I just typed my pin and it unlocked. I had to change my preferences and it solved it. WEIRD. Thanks anyway! Although, I am still trying to sync my work email to the phone and cannot figure it out.
