Emergency chargers

Hi,
Has anyone been using emergency/turbo chargers. Do such accesories cause any damage to the cell phone/battery after some time of use??
Please suggest links where I could get such chargers. Theres few link I found in Clove:

proporta better than Iwalk??
I was thinking abt going for the Iwalk 5400mah one. it seems bit smaller and also cheaper than proporta
 
But I dont think lifetime warranty is there for electronic items. or is there? I vaguely rememer reading it somewhere in the proporta site.
