Empty The Trash

I cleared cache in the Manage Applications -> Email page and re-added my email account. PITA...
I started getting notifications that space was low. I found that since Nov 6th I had 4400+ messages in my trash folder eating up 63MB...
How is it possible there's not either "select all" or "empty trash" anywhere in the email app....wth?!!
