After deleting my emails they end up in the trash folder. They pile up pretty fast with all the junk emails. Is there any way of deleting these all at once, rather than have to delete them one at a time from the trash folder?

That's the only way to do it for now, even in the newer version of gmail app on the market. (Which you have to manually upgrade to on the Optimus s by the way.)

Thanks....I did find a way.....I didn't realize before that if you push and check the box on the far left (hard to do with big fingers) you can select all of the messages that way and then delete the messages en masse. Easy enough....I just did not see the boxes on the left before.
