Root Emulators - com.androidemu.gba-2.apk

Ok,

So I went on the Marketplace and there are some emulators there, but the GBA emulators got reviews directing users to the web to pick up this emulator:

com.androidemu.gba-2.apk

I was wondering if anyone had tested it and if it is safe for me to install.
