Help Enable Sleep Mode

I see this setting and just wanted to know what exactly happens in this mode? I've searched around and came up with nothing. Any help is appreciated.

Walk us through the menu settings as to how you get to this feature? Is there any video example found on youtube for your device?

Are you referring to Wi-Fi Sleep Policy on your device?

I have settigns where wi-fi can turn off when the screen is turned off; set sleep to never when the device is plugged in or never sleep at all. I have mine set to never sleep

Its not free but beautiful widgets app has a timed silence widget that works well.
