Help Enabling 60 fps in 720p but not 1080p

YouTube Quality

I have an Android from a not very well known manufacturer. It has a 1080p display and I can watch YouTube videos fine but with no 60 fps support. I looked into this and found that with a build.prop editor I could edit my device model and trick YouTube into thinking I was a higher end device. This worked! I used a galaxy s7 device model and I get 60 fps on both 720p and 1080p. However, sometimes my device freezes while watching in 1080p and if it does play it'll overheat my device to the point where the video gets choppy. My question is, is there a device model out there that would enable 60 fps on 720p (which runs fine) but would keep 1080p at 30 fps. Any help is greatly appreciated.
