Help Encrypt box greyed out

Hi. got a Galaxy note 10.1 running Stock Rom (4.1). I want to encrypt it but when I go to the Encrypt Device screen the Grey box at the bottom of the screen is Grey and is unresponsive to touch. The device is fully charged and plugged in. Any suggestions or alternatives?

You will need to pick a password with 1 digit and 1 char I think the minimum password length is 4, for exmaple one letter and six digit.

Under security choose a the 'High Security' Password option.
Under there you will choose your password. (Memba it has to have 1 digit and 1 char)
Once that is done the encrypt option will be available.
It will give you two option to select from.
The device will switch off then back on again and start the process.
Once I did mine and it started I left the unit plugged in and did not touch it again until the normal swipe to login option came up.

As long as you dont do anything wrong you should be ok.
If you do things wrong you cud mess it up.
