Help Endless Bootloop.....

Hi there

I am hoping that somebody can help!

My phone is in an endless boot loop. By pushing the power and volume buttons, i was able to get to the boot menu where i have the option to do a "fast boot" recovery, restore, etc.

I am trying to just simply get my pictures and such off the phone before i do a full wipe....

Is there ANYTHING that I can do? Better yet, anything i can try to get the phone working without doing a wipe? Verizon told me they have done everything THEY can do, and anything else i would have to look elsewhere for help....

Please help ASAP

Are the pictures on your sd card our internal memory? A factory reset doesn't erase the sd card.

You can also try booting into safe mode.
