Help Enfuriating Auto Zoom

So I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 figuring it would enable me to make posts on my website on the go with ease. I was however wrong since every time I click on a text field the browser automatically zooms. Not only that but on certain text field heavy pages of my content management system it scrolls right to the bottom of the page. Consequently I keep having to pinch to zoom all the time as it is incapable of zooming to text input fields correctly.

My website requires me to make a lot of posts each taking me about 1min to create on the computer. Problems like this text input field bug vastly increase my post time when using my phone which in turn loses me money.

Please please please has anyone got a solution to disable auto zoom when the Android keyboard pops up? I have tried multiple browsers and tried swiftkeyx to see if a different keyboard would help. None of which worked.

I'd speak to the people who designed your website. I don't have that issue with typing into a text field on various sites, on various browsers, on my Note. I don't think your question is as much Note specific as it is website design specific. good luck.

Have you tried pressing the menu button in the stock browser and selecting "Desktop View"? That helps with some sites.

There's also an accessibility option called "Force Zoom". In Portrait mode at least, it's easier to post comments on some sites with Force Zoom selected. There are other zoom selections you can play with. I recommend testing behavior in Portrait Mode, as it leaves more of the page visible when the keyboard pops up. This phone has a large enough screen that its Portrait mode keyboard compares favorably size-wise to many other phones' landscape modes.

I second that. For the longest time I couldn't get iCloud.com to work because of the zooming. With the above, I could use the Find my iPhone feature on my Note II browser. Try that! :)
