Doesn't Fontchanger need root access?

They should have included some sort of option to accommodate people with disabilities or other issues on stock. In fact it's the law for Windows OS to have programs like screen magnifier and other "ease of access" for people with such complications. I don't know why phone shouldn't have the same. Is it that hard to add a system font size changer? And no simply having a stupid link(in settings) to the Android Marketplace for accessibility doesn't count imo. Should have at least one app already pre-installed.
