Help enter key

When texting with the keyboard, when I hit enter how do I make it do a page break (skip a line like enter does on the computer) instead of sending the text?

Also, is there a way to cancel a sending text?

chompSMS (free on the market) allows you to customize how you want your enter key to act...or well...two choices: act as an enter key or a send key

and I don't think you can cancel a text either...it sends it too fast

Yeah, you can't cancel. On a feature phone or non-android Verizon phone you have that little mailbox thing saying "sending" and you can press end and cancel during that, but not on Android.
