Root Entering SPC?

When I am told to enter ##DATA#, it asks for Service code. What am I to enter there?

Follow this guide:

This will get your SPC/MSL and then that is what you enter
Then you will have to put ##DIAG# and Enable diag mode

Thank you for your reply but I did. I'm on step 4.

1. Start your phone normally, Enable Development, let the drivers install and enter in program commands.
   • Go to Settings -> Applications -> Development and tick all on that page.
   • Let the drivers install on your computer before the next step
   • Dial ##DATA# click on Data Profile then edit. Enter in your SPC twice so that it reboots. It should reboot into charging rather than resetting.

oh i see, at this part you just type in two random spc's any 6 numbers

Okay I have another question. I scrolled further into the thread section and I'm getting nothing but F's and 0's. I saw this one post....

First, do you see LGE AndroidNet USB SerialPort under device managers when you start in download mode?

.....and I think that might be my problem. Perhaps. Since when I few in the device manager (vista) I can't seem to find that ANYWHERE. :-/

Any suggestions? I've installed all the drivers...

Sorry for the double post, but it seems that the previous file/driver I was referring to is in fact installed and updated.

I have tried running it in administration mode, no luck. I have the unframed memory checked, and I even kept all the regions selected as a "just in case" thing.

Please any other suggestions?
