It's a world of difference from the 3G I was mostly stuck with on the Evo. Nice to be in one of Sprint's earlier build-out areas!

Virgin mobile hasn't given me the options for the victory even though the evo is no longer on the website

Do they check the returns for damage?

I'm sure if it's something minor like scratches, dents or dings they won't say anything but major issues like cracked housing or screens might be an issue. I don't exactly know what they could do if you return a damaged phone and they found it not to be covered under warranty.

I returned a phone my wife had dropped that had a big chip out of the corner and nothing was every said.
