Been on the email list for this so i can pick it up when it comes out. Granted they can't make a defender series case for this phone but Otterbox makes great cases and i can support a Colorado company!

My seidio active x case just shipped 2 days ago from amazon but I'm still thinking of picking up this otterbox case to compare them. I just wonder if the otterbox case will fit in the seidio holster?

I don't know for sure but i am going to say no. This is no Otterbox defender case which are huge but it looks slightly larger than the Seidio case plus the dimension description on each product is different. The Otterbox is slightly bigger all around.

If the Otterbox is much bigger/bulkier than the seidio case, then I know for a fact that I would prefer the active x case. They say the active x case is bulky so the Otterbox has to be a tank, lol!
 
Otterbox cases are normally a little more bulky for the protection. There defender cases are super thick but i have a buddy that has had one on is iPhone 3 and it is in perfect condition due to that case.

I am not sure about the active x case but my innocase from Seidio adds just a little bit of edging all the way around. However, i am not to sure how well it would hold up to being dropped.
