Help Epic screen not working anymore

Yesterday, my epic's screen went blank after a phone call and hasn't come back yet. The screen, when on just shows as a blank blue screen whith horizontal lines on it. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how they fixed it... Already tried a hard reset with no success
