Help Epic shows in airplane mode

epic shows in airplane mode and nothing is working , always get a error message com.android.com stopped working.
i have tried all the resets but in vain.
can anyone help me with this.

Have you rebooted/battery-pulled? Try it. If that doesn't solve then start backing out apps that you've loaded yourself...namely ones that are designed to "task kill" or "maximize battery" life.
