Eris is Addictive - on my 3rd replacement!

Over the weekend my Eris screen just stopped responding. The screen lock would not respond. All of this happened while out town, no less! Additionally, it happened AFTER VZW no longer does in-store replacements.

Yet, I'm a glutton for punishment, or there is some secret additive in the Eris that just keeps me coming back!

Unfortunately, "cuz FedEx doesn't ship on the weekends, we can't get you a phone until Tuesday," said the manager of the VZW store I went to.

Oh, well! I'm hooked, and waiting on replacement #3!!!

Too bad it didn't happen on Thursday. Then you could have had it flown in by Monday morning! Our VZ replacements come by UPS though.
