Eris Likely Won't Get 2.2

Umm, yeah. So... hordes this translate to "confirming" the Eris won't get 2.2 again ?cause I must have missed the concrete facts in the post

ok, misleading title, MY BAD. I found something that i wanted to share and i didnt see that anyone else had posted the article. it "confirmed" or "reinforced" my doubts that the eris will see any future updates.

its impossible to post anything in a forum without people talking sh*t. if you don't like it... move on to the next thread. Or stay and have a civil discussion about it. show some maturity.

phones that came out this year will receive the update, the eris came out last year and got 2.1 a hell of a lot later than the incredible's release. seems very unlikely for me. like i said, it "reinforced" my doubts. dead issue buddy, quit picking sh*t. what do you hope to gain from this convo? its already established that nothing is confirmed. Two weeks is a "hell of a lot later"? I'd reckon it was ready before in fact, I'd like to say v3 was out within days of the Incredible's release. Talk about Fast Food Nation.
 
My stance is: not holding my breath for 2.2, but would J in my P if it happened. If I were a betting man I would say the chances are slim to none.
