Eris won't mount

Hello, my Eris is not recognized by my computer. It won't allow me to mount my sd card. Any ideas?

Wife's had the same problem - for some reason she has to hot sync - cancel that once the PC recognizes it and then hit mount and can transfer...

Loosen it up with some wine and Marvin G aye. Should be mounting in no time.
