error 67 username/password error WHEN TETHERING???

how do i overcome this error? did i need the 29.99 a month thing to use this? id there a login im just not seeing?

im hooking usb to copmputer and selecting internet to computer option...

It's only available for free over 4g. 3g tethering, both wired and wireless, requires the $29.99 add-on. I've been tethering on 4g (wired and wireless) in Chicago with excellent results. I was hoping 3g wired tethering would work for free, but alas it does not.

just to be clear, i need to have a 4g signal AND a usb cable? or will it work wirelessly, cable, or BT? thanks...maybe i should root w revoked

4g tethering will work for free over usb using "internet sharing" as well as wirelessly using Sprint hotspot.

as far as I understand, being able to usb tether with 4g is a sprint glitch that will get fixed sometime in July. To legally tether for free using usb or bluetooth, get PDANET from the app market.

Yep, I called *2 talk....and they said that you must pay and that this has been disabled over 3G and will be disabled over 4G in about a month. So if you are in a 4G market, enjoy it while you can.
