Help Error 9320, Need 10 digits

Transferred my old numbers to ZTE Warp, it transferred without the area code because I didn't have to use with old phone. ZTE warp informs me I have to use a 10 digit phone number, so I edited contacts to include the area code.... however, for people I called and/or texted BEFORE editing to include area code... the phone removes the area code & tells me I need to use 10 digits. I took those contacts out completely, deleted texts, erased call log, took the battery out, then re-added them w/ 10 digits. Still not working. Ready to throw the phone away. Help, please.

Called RadioShack support line, he walked me through it no prob about 10 minutes. Thanks for nothing, guys!

Basically had to restore my phone back to default then manually re-add all contacts.

i just wanna let you know brandy everyone has different schedules an answer to a post can take a few minutes to a few days it also depends on whether the readers have heard of the problem and know how to fix it like i said im glad you found a fix for it i would have helped you but i never had that problem so i wouldnt know a fix for it
