Help Error Code 131 & Error 2128 ......Help!

I send a text message and this comes back from number "9230":

"The message could not be delivered due to a temporary network setup error. Please try again Error 2128"

Then I get this when I try updating my PRL or Profile..

"Error Code 131 .Sign-in failed. Your PCS Vision username and/or password may be incorrect. Please try again, If this problem persists, please go to [Settings\System updates] and select [Update profile]. If this problem persists, you may need to contact Sprint."

What is going on here?

Edit: I'm on 2.2 non-rooted.

Gotten it twice today on the texts. I'll just add this to the list of GB screw-ups. A list that is very long already.
