Help Error downloading (495)

Hi - Please someone help me! Ive trawled the forums and the net for a solution but nothing comes up that matches my issue.

My Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1 won't download from Google play - I just keep getting error 495.

I've tried clearing cache in downloads, and in play store apps, nothing works.
It's a brand new tablet, I installed Flash 11 from adobe as it's not available from play store.

Could Flash be the reason for the issue?

Feel like sending it back! Ready to give up and move to iPad !

Really probably a silly question, have you set up your accounts properly(gmail account mots important)
