Help Error during 2.3.5 update

Hi,
Ive been using HTC Incredible S for more than a year now. I tried to update it to 2.3.5 with sense 3 before I received the update from HTC. My phone is in S-Off mode. The conversion from S-on to S-off mode was successful...but couldn't install 2.3.5. and sense 3.
Later when I actually received update from HTC ...the software download was successful but will not install the downloaded update!!!! Ive been trying to update it since long time...but nothing works.
PLzzzzzz help.

In order to install the 2.3.5 OTA you need to be completely stock, including a HBOOT and HTC recovery. Since you are S-OFF, you have a modified HBOOT and a custom recovery, so that is why you can download it but it does not install.

Head over to XDA-Developers site and in the HTC Incredible S forum there is a documented procedure on how you would remove S-OFF and return to stock.
 
I installed RUU_VIVO_SENSE30_S_HTC_WWE_3.08.405.3_Radio_20.4802.30.0822U_3822.10.08.28_M_release_227170_signed

...now my phone doesnt start at all!!! hw can i install
RUU_Vivo_Gingerbread_S_HTC_WWE_2.30.405.1_Radio_20.2808.30.085AU_3805.06.03.03_M_release_199308_signed

in the forum you suggested ...he mentioned to install 3.08 version ...so i did...now my phone doesnt start at all....how can i bring it back?..plz help

You have to remove Revolutionary S-OFF HBOOT in order to install any stock RUU files. Obviously you were not successful in finding the thread and information on how to remove Revolutionary S-OFF.

You best solution is to reinstall a custom recovery and then flash a custom, rooted ROM to get your phone operational again.
