I have a rooted 2.2 Evo, and i downloaded the 3.29.651.5update, and put on my sd card, and booted into recovery and tried flashing. It says:
Verifying current system...
assert failed: apply patch_check("/system/app/htctwitter.apk". "74e8dd5E:unknown command [ce4e7cc65db727blah blah blah blah]
E:Error in /sdcard/update.zip
(Status 7)
Installation Aborted
Any ideas whats up?
EDIT: zOMG now i have a new boot screen......???
It just says 'android' and it like shimmers... i kinda like it.
