Help Error installation, aborting. (bad)

here i have a samsung galaxy s3 (SGH-I747M) and it`s rooted. The thing is im trying to put back the stock rom from rogers mobile.

I dled 2 different stockroms from StockROMs.net
but the two ends the sad way. I get an error msg in cwm recovery reboot when i select any of the two.

im using CMW because i couldnt get pass the signature thing otherwise.

Try using Odin on a pc to flash the stock firmware in download mode instead of in recovery. The site i know is sammobile.com/firmware. Youll download the zip on the pc and extract into a .tar file then flash it with odin.
If youre goin back to stock for warranty purposes, youll have to reset the flash counter before going to stock :thumbup:
