Help error insufficient storage

Lurker
I keep getting this message when I try to download apps. It started yesterday w/ updating Twitter. I cleaned cache and uninstalled some things. Still happened. I uninstalled Twitter and tried to reinstall it and got the same message. Twitter is just over 13mb yet I downloaded a 48mb game fine w/ no problem. I have 523mb available storage. I've tried everything, even rooting, but my phone won't root. Anyone know what I can do?

It's also possible to use even bigger cards on the F3. I have a 64 GB Class 10 Transcend card on mine. About 5 GB for ext4, and the rest as a fat32 partition. Yes, fat32.

The only Android devices AFAIK that can read and write to exFAT are the Samsung devices. I do recall reading a while ago that Samsung has an agreement that allows them to use a proprietary exFAT driver in their Android devices. (?) I recently got myself a Galaxy TAB 4, and it fully took the same model of Transcend card without having it reformatted. It's not rooted... yet. Maybe if I begin to play huge games with large obb files...

You can also use aparted its an app on google play that can partition your sdcard from your phone ive used it before and it worked fine.
