Help Error message downloading apps!!!

So my first Nexus had a battery issue. Took it back and got a second one today. The battery is working great but now everytime I go to download any of my apps or a new app I keep getting an error message. It happens whether it is over 4g or Wifi.

Anyone have any idea as to what is going on? Would appreciate some help thanks...

What is the error message saying?

Just says "Error downloading (whatever the app's name is)" and it has the triangle with exclamation point in it. Just did a factory reset and it didn't help.
