Help error message downloading SMS messages?

Hi guys. I just switched from AT&T to sprint and I am having a hard time downloading SMS messages. I can send them but everytime I hit the download button for a message I get an error message saying that download was unsuccessful. Does anyone else have this problem? Could it be because I am a new customer and this is the first day?

Turn off wi-fi and try downloading it.
