Help Error message help!

Evening from the UK folks.
After pressing the search for update button today (quite a few times) hoping for the 4.3 update, i am now getting this error message regularly:-
"Unfortunately, the process com.Google.process.gapps has stopped working"...
What have I done?? What's gone wrong??
Please help. My phones been amazing and 100% quick and reliable since I got it in December!

As long as that file has not become corrupted, that can be remedied by shutting down and pulling the SIM card, then putting it back in.
