Help error message

hie ive just joined ,
was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of the error message on the samsung galaxy s camera, ive removed battery turned fone off , charged it full. but still on . thanks k

Can you tell use more about the error message? What does it say? Can you take a photo of it?

hi thanks,
a blue box appear saying...Warning!! camera failed !
I have to press ok ! and it returns to homepage, I dont no how to upload fotos just about getting used to this phone lol

as soon as I press camera, I think I mite have to change to an I fone, if im having problems after a week .. does it need to be reset????? thanks

Did you try returning your phone?

Have you done anything to your phone that is out of the norm - rooting, flashing, etc.

Thanks for the replys . have sent camera back, it was under 28 day guarantee. found loads of people on this site had the same problem. ( look under the forum of samsung galaxy s ) . Samsung cant fix. Seems to be a common problem thou!!
I would send it back It should be covered on insurance too
