I have the Epic 4g from sprint and well for the past month i have got nothing but error messages when trying to update prl/profile and today I updated to froyo ota and then it got done downloading it said there was a error and it didnt download right.
My texts somtimes also dont come in when someone texts me and ive tryed soft and hard resets to resolve these issues and it doesnt work
Ive also contacted sprint and they cant seem to help and i dont want a refurbished phone so please help i havent had it that long
