what does this mean? I was trying to flash a nandroid of simply stunning 2.02

edit: i just restore to my previous backup, but I would still like to know what the issue could be so I can install future ROMS

when you put the Nandroid backup on your SD card it goes in the Nandroid folder. You're problem is you have a folder within your Bugless Beast Folder. Delete the folder and have it so its like this:

SD Card-->Nandroid--->Bugless Beast-->(all the goodies i.e. sytem.tar and all that)

That should work now!!

I don't have bugless beast. I actually already had SS 2.02 but I wiped data to install it again and got that error.

My fault, i wasn't thinking clearly. But thats what the issue should be or the its that you have a space in the folder name.

Those are the two possibilities that it could be.

Hmm. It should be exactly the same as the first time I installed it, I never changed anything. Thank you though.

ive had the same error and there is no space in the folder name or other folders as suggested

I've seen this question several times. Every time it is usually the same thing so please verify...

This is the folder structure that Nandroid requires:

sdcard/nandroid/'your_folder'

inside 'your_folder' you should have individual files like boot.img, nandroid.md5, etc. (not another folder and make sure that 'your folder' is not a .zip folder).

Guys I have a Bugless Beast ROM, every site I downloaded from results in the same update zip file. IT DOES rest on the root of my nandroid folder. (sd card root

So what am I missing here, why do my update files that I download keep coming with a boot image, and two other folders that have my folders amongst them. My problem isn't where I have my update folder placed because it does sit on the root of my nandroid and my nandroid on the root of the sd card. I think my problem is the fact that along with my boot image are a sytem folder and META-INF folder that have tons of adiitional folders inside of them.

Any thoughts?

So, you did not download a *new* copy of the Nandroid? This is the *same* one you used before?

Spaces in folder = Error 21, not 25. 25 from my experience is because the files cannot be found.

I agree - something seems weird. OP says it is the same as last time, but I want verification - is this the same folder he used last time to install, or is he just saying that it worked last time so downloading it and going through the steps should be the same....

If it is the former, then something weird is going on. If the latter, then obviously an extra folder has been created in the process....
