Help Error RPC:s-7:aec

So ive googled the error and tried everything I could, adding/removing google account. Delete cache yada yada and none of it is working

I stumbled on something saying this was an error on googles said

Regardless nothing I do is working and I cant seem to find any other advice only

This error occurs when attempting to d/l from Play Store, yes?

Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-7:AEC-0]

Try this procedure, as suggested by Google Support to someone with a similar problem:

1. Turn off Automatic Date & Time and Automatic time Zone.
2. Set the time and date manually incorrectly (few years back and different time).
3. Go to the home page, then back into date & time and manually change it to the correct date/time and timezone.
4. Re-enable the automatic options.
5. Go to Play Store and attempt to download apps.

Im using an HTC tablet with android 3.2 on it

One of them was working fine. Then i factory restored it because i wanted to switch it. Now both of them have the same message when I try to download apps
